Book Reviews

Thank you for taking the drop by to read the books I’ve had the opportunity to read and in turn, wanted to share with you, Gentle Readers, my book review of them.

I hope and pray that you would both be blessed, encouraged and filled with enjoyment as I have in reading these books.

Book Review Time Frame
Information about My Reviews

I have multiple books that I am reading for review. Some are completed and I’m working on finishing up the review. Due to my family, church and work commitments, as well as my blogging ministry ventures, I can only publish about 2-3 reviews in a given month. My progress is recorded at the top of this page, and you should be able to see how many reviews I’ve completed so far in the given year.

My reviews are also posted on my partner site: CrossFocusedReviews.com as well as at Goodreads and Amazon. I also publicize them on Twitter and Facebook.

Disclaimer: Many of the books listed have been provided for review by the publisher, a book tour representative or I’ve personally requested to review, via book blogging programs. This does not mean that I am not under any obligation to provide a favorable review, though good or bad, I give my honest review regarding the books I have been sent to read and review.
To abide by FCC regulations, each review, that is posted,on my site, will contain a disclaimer and referral, to whom I am reviewing the book for, but does not mean that my review has been influence by a publisher, or publicist.

For books that I have not yet reviewed, my sincerest thanks is given, but understand, being a busy parent, that it may take me a while to not only finish the book, but ensure that a thought out book review is posted, versus just anything thrown out.

Any books sent to me without my request will be duly considered for review, but priority goes to those I have requested to review. And of these, I reserve the right to prioritize the order of when I publish reviews. Thank you for the understanding.

Final reminder via ProBlogger.com, My advice to those commenting on blogs (not just mine) is that in a sense you’re visiting someone else’s home when you leave a comment. Comments have the ability to build up or tear down your reputation. They are a permanent record of who you are and what you stand for – so take care – be gracious – make sure they add value (not only to the blog you’re visiting but also to your own online profile).
