About Sunflower Faith

Created by Jerry of Here's My Cup Lord

Sunflower Faith is about encouragement.
Following the spirit of 1 Thessalonians 5:11 (ESV),” Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.”, Sunflower Faith, seeks to strengthen and encourage others to always seek our Heavenly Father first and foremost before anyone else.

It is not men who determines us, or whom we should seek to please ( Galatians 1:10), but that of our Father in Heaven, otherwise all else we do is in vain. In that spirit, Sunflower Faith, is about reminding us that no matter what in life, our Father is the solid foundation that we should seek and base everything on.

With a mixture of silliness, sarcasm and seriousness, Sunflower Faith, shares a mixture of personal devotions, encouragement, book reviews and more, while striving to keep always our Heavenly Father, as the forefront and an emphasis, that we are always a work in progress, never perfect, but strengthen in (Phillippians 4:12-13) and through our Father in Heaven, in and through all that we do.

Perfection isn’t offered here (Romans 7:20-23, 25b, 8:10, 12-14); Only hope and encouragement that can only be found in and through our Father, who carries us and gives us strength when we are weak (2 Corinthians 12:9-10)and rejoices with us when we find our strength in and through Him alone.
