FOR TODAY

  • Outside my window…the morning looks beautiful, a reminder of our Father’s constant promise of a new day.
  • I am thinking…of strudels and lesson plans and what homeschool projects to complete.
  • I am thankful for…our Father, His word, the blessing of my family and husband that He has blessed me with.
  • From the learning rooms…we are wrapping up our study of phonics and will be moving into early grammar lessons.
  • From the kitchen…the smell of coffee and strudels fills the air.
  • I am wearing…a skirt and matching top;  I feel more feminine wearing a dress.
  • I am creating…a bible based homeschool project and it’s been a matter of putting it together and making sure it will work.
  • I am going…to water my garden later today and enjoy some fresh air after school.
  • I am reading…O Ye of Little Faith that I am reviewing later on this week.
  • I am hoping…for blessings on friends and family, softening of hearts to come to know our Heavenly Father.
  • I am hearing…He is faithful and good  no matter what comes our way.
  • Around the house…laundry that always needs to be done and some dusting to be done.
  • One of my favorite things…coffee..coffee..coffee.
  • A few plans for the rest of the week: Support a friend and their family, maybe do some outdoor bbq and just keep busy as always.
  • Scripture thought for the Day….
You, therefore, who teach another, do you not teach yourself? You who preach that a man should not steal, do you steal? You who say, “Do not commit adultery,” do you commit adultery? You who abhor idols, do you rob temples? You who make your boast in the law, do you dishonor God through breaking the law?
    Romans 2:21-23 NKJV
