FOR TODAY

  • Outside my window…the sun is out, sky is clear and light wind and pollen is out, lol.
  • I am thinking…what I need to do today, organizing the school room from the weekend, what I want to plant in the garden, and breathing and enjoying our Father’s prescence.
  • I am thankful for…Our Father and the love He has for us
  • From the learning rooms…wrapping up working on our phonics workbook and hoping to find “Mystery of History, volume I” for a fair price that won’t break our budget.
  • From the kitchen…quiet right now; maybe hamburgers for lunch today.
  • I am wearing…comfy clothes, still a little chilly but not bad
  • I am creating…posters for the school room
  • I am going…catch up on some cleaning, we had a lazy weekend
  • I am reading…finished up two book reviews I need to do this week.
  • I am hoping…some relief from my allergies…this year has been a bad year for everyone.
  • I am hearing…be still.
  • Around the house…kids are busy getting back into our weekly routine
  • One of my favorite things…coffee…really…need to say it? LOL
  • A few plans for the rest of the week: other than school, I have a doctor’s appointment to find out about my sinueses (pollen plays a huge factor) and hopefully get some relief, little bit of writer’s block, but mostly from some side projects I’m working on that has kept me contemplating and busy.
  • Scripture thought for the day….Be still, and know that I am God. Psalm 46:10 (NIV)
