Simple Woman's Daybook

I came across this wonderful Monday based meme and right now with the kids getting ready for school, wanted to grab some time to participate. I hope you will too!

FOR TODAY February 2, 2009…

Outside my window…the weather is gray and chilly
I am thinking…what we are going to be studying today and what I need to catch up on
I am thankful for…our Heavenly Father, my husband and my kids
From the learning rooms…a blank dry erase board waiting to be filled
From the kitchen…the smell of hot chocolate
I am wearing…a warm sweater and jeans
I am creating…a new blog post
I am going…to get myself and the kids ready for school
I am reading…the bible.
I am hoping…for hope.
I am hearing…there is hope.
Around the house…it’s slightly chilly and the dogs are curled up together.
One of my favorite things…is hot chocolate with coffee.
A few plans for the rest of the week: school is a main priority, catch up on my bible study to send in and work on some blog ideas.
