Sunflower Faith is back from Vacation

It is such a pleasure to be back from vacation and looking forward to hearing and participating with everyone again.

The trip was a huge pleasure and such a joy to see…..the….BIG APPLE!!

Contrary to belief, the people there were nice and contrary to what you see on t.v., the city is so much bigger and beautiful.

It was an exciting trip and I enjoy the chances to try out new foods that I didn’t have back home, see the different people, and just have that short time away, but no place is like home and I’m so happy to be back in my own bed.
We did the touristry things but the trip as a whole was actually part of a business trip that my husband had to go one and since we are mostly homebodies, when Grandma offer the opportunity to watch the kids, it was a chance for some “Hubby and me” time and the kids got to be spoiled by Grandma.

I think my oldest enjoy the break from homeschooling, but it was cute to be asked when will we get back to lessons…I guess I must be doing something right with homeschooling our oldest??

Dear Gentle Readers, I am so happy to be back here and pray that in that time, all have been blessed by our Heavenly Father.

I have *so* missed you, dear friend. I’m glad you’re back from the Big Apple and look forward to hearing more about your trip. That’s so sweet about your oldest. He seems like he enjoys learning and most importantly, your teaching him. What a great little guy!
